This concert is free and open to all.
Join [Switch~ Ensemble] for a free concert featuring integrated media works by composers Jason Thorpe Buchanan and Chris Chandler and others. Bringing together live music, technology, and visual media, this performance serves as the premiere public event of the ensemble's residency at the 2027 Performing Media Festival. Audiences will experience new works of integrated media in which contemporary performance intersects with interactive technology to create new, engaging, in-person performance experiences.
Entering its eleventh year, the Performing Media Festival (PMF) brings artists, students, and audiences from around the world together to explore the intersection of music, technology, and visual media. Through performances, screenings, exhibitions, workshops, and artist talks, the festival showcases new work and builds community to share ideas across artistic disciplines.
